deal of information about the oboist Christopher Redgate. This
includes his specialist work as an interpreter and performer of contemporary repertoire and
the ensemble Exposé and his recital work
with the standard oboe repertoire.
The ensemble Trio Krosta
(flute, oboe and piano) is now represented by Portland Wallis Direct.
The site includes brief biographical information; information on
repertoire and concert programmes, photographs as well as
information about Chris’s recordings.
My latest project is the development of The Redgate Oboe Quintet an ensemble
made up of oboe and string quartet. AS well as a great deal of standard
repertoire there is a great deal of interesting contemporary repertoire
and we are in the process of commissioning new works for the ensemble.
